Eyeworks USA is one of television’s most prolific producers of reality and non]fiction programming, with both formats and finished product sold and airing worldwide. Launched in 2001 as g3 Ball Productionsh by producers JD Roth and Todd A. Nelson, the duofs brand quickly became synonymous with gtransformation TVh: entertaining and inspiring shows grounded in the ability of people to make real change and transform their lives. (Roth and Nelson are known for producing the first 11 cycles of NBCfs reality franchise The Biggest Loser; other historical 3 Ball Productions successes include Beauty and the Geek, which ran for six seasons on The WB/The CW, For Love or Money, which ran for four seasons on NBC, and Endurance . the show that started the company . running for seven seasons on Discovery.) Becoming part of the Eyeworks Group in 2006, the company has produced programming for nearly every US broadcast and cable network, including ABC, NBC, FOX, Syfy, Spike, Lifetime, MTV, VH1, A+E, WE, Animal Planet, TBS, TNT, Hallmark, AMC, Bio (now FYI), and others.

Among Eyeworks USAfs current hit programming is Extreme Weight Loss, which premieres its fourth season on ABC this summer. With finished product sold and airing in more than 150 territories, the series also airs local versions in nine countries, including the UK, Germany and The Netherlands. Breakthrough shows also include Opposite Worlds, which premiered in January as Syfyfs most]watched series debut since 2008 (A18]49); Bar Rescue, in season four for Spike, and the networkfs number one show across all male demographics; and Hallmark Channelfs inaugural Kitten Bowl, whose debut scored with 3.2 million unduplicated viewers during its Sunday February 2 premiere (the showfs three encores garnered 6.1 million viewers). Other series in multiple]season pick]up include My Cat from Hell, in season five for Animal Planet; LA Hair, in season three for WE; and the upcoming Catch a Contractor, premiering March 9 on Spike; Funniest Wins with Marlon Wayans for TBS (eight one]hour episodes will air this summer); and Hungry Investors, also for Spike.

In addition to its US series, Eyeworks USA has co]developed programming with Eyeworksf international companies. Its series Beat the Blondes, co]developed with Eyeworks Netherlands, has been sold to and produced in 10 other countries, including and most recently China (Beat the Blondes is the second Eyeworks format sold to China).

The Warner Bros. acquisition of Eyeworks Group is expected to close later this year, subject to regulatory approvals.
