"Endeit in Stockholm turned out to be the perfect match - a place where I could directly apply the theoretical knowledge from my studies in practice."
Niek Kampherbeek works as a student with Endeit Capital’s Nordics team in Stockholm. How is he enjoying his time at Endeit? What are his favorite moments and what advice does he have for future working students? Niek reflects: “Even though I only work here two days a week, I’m treated as a full-fledged team member.”
“After completing my bachelor’s degrees in both Economics and Law, I moved to Stockholm to pursue my master’s in Banking & Finance at Stockholm University. As someone who strives to get the best out of themselves, I was looking for a part-time job that would be a good fit. Endeit Capital in Stockholm turned out to be the perfect match – a place where I could directly apply the theoretical knowledge from my studies in practice.”
“My main focus is searching for interesting companies in the supply chain sector for Endeit, which involves a lot of market research. I’ve also had the opportunity to create two segment presentations and write various articles. Additionally, I work on data analysis for short and one-pagers. It’s an adaptable position where I’m challenged and given many opportunities.”

“I’ve really been able to sharpen my research skills here. I analyze various companies, including startups, and have learned to assess them critically. The autonomy I’m given has helped me develop a keen, critical eye. I’ve also learned to maintain a helicopter view in my work.”
“Life in Stockholm is wonderful. The city has breathtaking nature in its surroundings. I especially like the water since I love to sail. I used to sail for the Dutch team in the Netherlands. Also, I have a girlfriend here and have become good friends with my fellow students, which helps me get to know the city and language better. The Endeit office is located in one of the most beautiful streets in the city, with an amazing view of the water – that makes it extra special.”
“At Endeit, people from different nationalities work together, which means you learn a lot from each other. There’s a dynamic atmosphere where you can make progress quickly. Endeit’s culture encourages you to develop new ideas and consider different perspectives in your work.”
“Several moments stand out. Recently, we had a wonderful Christmas lunch at a Swedish restaurant. I also flew to the Netherlands for the Endeit summer party, including a lake trip and padel, but I have to say the Christmas party in Amsterdam aboard a beautiful salon boat was the best so far.”
“Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself. Try to think step by step while working and, most importantly, don’t hesitate to ask questions. Your own input is truly valued, so feel free to share your ideas and insights.”
