Jan Peter Kerstens Chief Financial Officer Eyeworks Group

Television Production Company Eyeworks has appointed Jan Peter Kerstens as Chief Financial officer (CFO) of the Eyeworks Group (17 countries). The Board of Eyeworks is thereby complete. Kerstens will begin his new role as of 1 April in Amsterdam.

Jan Peter Kerstens (49) is well respected in the international television industry as a result of his 10 years at Endemol, where in his lastest role he was CFO of the Endemol Group from 2005 to 2010. During that period, Endemol’s revenue grew to over € 1 billion and he successfully guided the company through difficult market conditions and important events in the company’s history. Under his leadership as CFO, Endemol went public in 2005 as well as the sale of Endemol NV to its current shareholders in 2007. This past year he was the CFO of Metalcorp Group. Beginning 1 April 2012, the Board of Eyeworks will consist of Reinout Oerlemans (CEO), Ronald Wechem (Managing Director), Robert van den Bogaard (COO / Head of Television) and Jan Peter Kerstens (CFO).
