Endeit Capital strengthens team with Sara Resvik & Tuomas Rekonen

Endeit Capital, a leading growth capital firm with offices in Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin, and Amsterdam, is delighted to announce the appointment of Sara Resvik as Partner and Tuomas Rekonen as Investment Manager in the Nordic office. With a distinguished tenure as Managing Partner at BackingMinds, as well as experience from Industrifonden, Schibsted and Axel Johnson, Sara Resvik brings profound investment expertise and a track record of transformative leadership within venture capital investments. Her skill set and strategic vision are poised to significantly enhance our firm’s capabilities.  

Throughout her extensive career, Sara Resvik (1985) has consistently demonstrated commitment to excellence and innovation. Her appointment as a Partner for Endeit, based in Stockholm, will see her at the forefront of our European and Nordic expansion efforts. Her deep market insight and strategic acumen are expected to play a pivotal role in cementing Endeit Capital’s leadership in these regions.

Next to Sara, Tuomas Rekonen (1994), a Finnish investment professional, is joining us as Investment Manager. With a wealth of experience in B2B-oriented businesses, particularly those with a software focus or hardware-enabled software, Tuomas brings invaluable expertise to Endeit’s investment team. In this role, he will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies, and fostering long-term partnerships to fuel growth and success.

In her role, Sara Resvik will spearhead Endeit Capital’s initiatives in the Nordics, with a particular focus on B2B SaaS, AI and Climate Tech. “In my view, the merit of an investment fund lies in the quality of its portfolio companies. After Endeit Capital invested in exceptional firms like Stravito, IPRally, and Happeo in the Nordic region, we are now intensifying our efforts in this market,” says Sara. “I’m really thrilled to lead our awesome team as we help grow our portfolio companies and find exciting new scale-ups for the future.”

Sara Resvik is an alumna of Lund University, holding a Master of Science in Technology Management and a Bachelor in Business and Economics.

Tuomas Rekonen holds a Master of Science (Tech), Industrial Engineering & Management, of the Aalto University in Finland.
