ENDEIT CAPITAL STRENGHTENS TEAM

Amsterdam, September 4, 2018. Endeit Capital expands its team with Jelle-Jan Bruinsma in the position as Partner and Marnix Vermeij as a Business Analyst.

Jelle-Jan Bruinsma (1977) combines seven years of hands-on management, operational and business development experience at YouTube (Google) with ten years of experience in Private Equity (NPM Capital), corporate M & A (Endemol) and Venture Capital (Endeit Capital).

Jelle-Jan has been part of the Endeit Capital team from the beginning, joining YouTube in 2011 as head of Partnerships Benelux and Scandinavia. He then led the go-to-market teams for YouTube Partnerships EMEA and APAC from Paris and London, respectively. In July 2018 he returned to Endeit Capital as a Partner.

Jelle-Jan has been co-lead on several Endeit Capital deals, including Unamic, their acquisition of HCN and the combined exit to Rank-Xerox, Metrixlab, Smartclip and others. Jelle-Jan holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente.

Marnix Vermeij (1991) also joins Endeit Capital as Business Analyst as of today. Prior to Endeit Capital, Marnix worked at Deloitte, also as Business Analyst. Among other things, he was partly responsible for the Financial due diligence services for mergers and acquisitions and corporate refinancing for both business and financial clients. In addition to a BSc Business Administration, Marnix also has an MSc Finance & Investment (Cum Laude) both at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
