“We see tremendous potential in Infraspeak's ability to revolutionize and digitalize how facilities are maintained.”
Endeit Capital is proud to announce its €18 million Series B funding round for Infraspeak, an International intelligent platform for facilities management based in Porto, Portugal. The round was largely oversubscribed, reflecting strong investor confidence in Infraspeak’s mission to transform facilities management through a collaborative, tech-driven approach. The company currently serves over 60,000 professional users, managing over 240,000 buildings globally. This investment marks a new step in the company’s journey to becoming the global go-to platform for collaborative facilities management.
“We are proud to lead this round and support Infraspeak as they redefine the facilities management industry, particularly in the context of the ‘future of work,’ which focuses on digital transformation and enhanced productivity of modern Work, Workforce, and Workplaces,” said Martijn Hamann, General Partner at growth capital Endeit Capital. He adds: “Infraspeak has developed a platform solution that goes beyond traditional facilities management by connecting every key player involved in the operation of a building, from facility managers, frontline maintenance teams, to service providers. We see tremendous potential in Infraspeak’s ability to revolutionize and digitalize how facilities are maintained. This aligns with our focus on fostering innovation and digital transformation in industries with critical infrastructure needs.”
Imagine if managing a building was as effective as running a fine-tuned orchestra — where everyone, from the building owner to the service provider to the teams in the field, stays connected and aligned while getting things done without the usual headaches like skipping maintenance tasks, struggling to keep communication flowing, and dealing with unexpected breakdowns. That’s precisely what Infraspeak is doing for the facility management world: creating an intelligent platform that makes collaboration seamless, turning complex maintenance operations into an orchestrated effort where everyone confidently plays their part.
“We see tremendous potential in Infraspeak's ability to revolutionize and digitalize how facilities are maintained.”
“At Infraspeak, we always look at funding rounds as new stepstones to accelerate our growth,” said Felipe Ávila da Costa, co-founder & CEO of Infraspeak. “We believe that with the new resources available and the expertise of Endeit Capital by our side, we can further revolutionize the facility management industry by allowing everyone involved in the operation of a building to work as one, from the building visitors to the maintenance team, from the audits and compliance team to financial managers, from facility managers to all kinds of service providers, ultimately improving the lives of those using, managing, and maintaining buildings.”
This investment will fuel Infraspeak’s ambitious growth plans, solidifying its position as the European, Latin American, and African leader in facilities management through further expansion into key new markets, including France, the DACH region, and the Nordics. To make this vision a reality, Infraspeak will invest aggressively in its go-to-market motions, hiring new International team members and investing in top talent for critical positions such as Chief Revenue Officer, Growth Director, or Enterprise Sales Director.

Committed to providing FM professionals with opportunities to network and exchange knowledge, IFM offers initiatives like the IFM Tour, which returns in 2025 with 7 events across Europe, South America, and Africa.
