About us 

Endeit Capital is a European Series A/B VC Fund investing in B2B SaaS Tech Founders with offices in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Hamburg, and Berlin. We invest in technology companies at the cusp of internationalization and expansion across ClimateTech, Future of Work, SalesTech, Procurement, and Supply Chain Tech, FinTech and AI. With our Fund III of €300m we invest between €6-15m in initial tickets.

Our Berlin office is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment. If you share our passion for technology and investing, come join our team!

You will learn what it’s like to work in venture & growth capital and experience collaborating with exceptional founders of leading European scale-ups. You will be part of the DACH investment team and will spend most of your time identifying, researching, and analyzing new investment opportunities, including performing market research, competitive analysis, and financial analysis.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you are at the end of your Bachelor’s studies (3rd semester+) or in your Master’s in a Business or Finance-related field and are available for 6-12 months to join us as a Working Student / Intern.

You have already gained some experience through an internship in a fast-paced environment, e.g., VC/PE, Tech Start-up, Strategy Consulting, or Business Development. You live in Germany and have the right to work in Europe.

• Mindset: You are a curious and analytical person with an eye for detail and the ability to quickly recognize patterns, enabling you to analyze topics holistically.
• Skillset: You are proficient with spreadsheets and can create clear presentations, conduct research and analyze industries and understand competitive landscapes. You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
• Personality: You can adapt to new tasks autonomously and have a general eagerness to learn. You are proactive, self-motivated and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Most importantly, you are a team player.
• Start: ASAP.
