Ever since Hubert and I founded Endeit Capital, I have very much enjoyed being involved with so many innovative and successful young entrepreneurs. I am proud to see how things have come full circle by having welcomed numerous of these entrepreneurs as investors in our second fund.
Hubert is co-founder and Managing Partner of Endeit Capital. As boardmember he is actively involved with the portfolio companies Picturae and Spilgames. He also served as Supervisory Board member of numerous other portfolio companies such as Metrixlab, Albumprinter, Eyeworks and Hyves.
Hubert also devotes maximum efforts to supporting entrepreneurship in general by being the Chair of the Dutch ‘Jong Ondernemen’ foundation and the LOEY foundation, which he co-founded, and by serving as Advisory Board Member of the Amsterdam Center of Entrepreneurship. He also published a business book called ‘Thinking BIC’. Hubert furthermore was involved with Nyenrode New Business School since its inception and served as board member for many years. As a member of the Expert Committee KMO he has been advising the Minister of Economic Affairs in 2006 and 2007.
Since 2005 he was an angel investor in the Dutch leading social network Hyves, where he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board till the acquisition by TMG. He is also co-founder of Solid Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm. Until 2005 he was a Member of the Executive Board of Endemol and played a leading role in the internationalization of the company since its IPO in 1996.
